mins). 40 mins from Faro airport, 25 mins to Vilamoura, 20 mins to

Large terraces surround the house with plenty of outdoor furniture
provided. Pool is 10m x 4m (heated May to October) raised pool and
one depth for child safety. Charcoal BBQ. 2 hectares of private land,
no direct neighbours, and uninterrupted panoramic views.
Coast/Beach
Wonderful beaches 20 mins drive, Vilamoura, famous Fisherman´s beach
at Albufeira, Gale, Sao Rafael, Evaristo, to name a few. All provide
good restaurants and snack bars catering for all tastes and
watersports. Maps and information will be provided.
Golf
Pre-booked golf times with discounts available. 20 euros booking fee.
Travel
Faro airport is 40 mins drive, Lisbon 2 hours and Seville 2 hours.
Full instructions will be given when booking is made. Airport
transfers can be arranged, a car is essential and car hire can be
arranged at competitive prices. Welcome packs available when booking
or at 48 hrs notice.
Distances
Nearest town, Paderne 7 mins drive, picturesque Alte 5 kms,
Albufeira 15 kms, Vilamoura 20 kms, spectacular Monchique 50 kms,
moorish castle in Silves approx 24 kms.
Booking notes
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance
should be paid 6 weeks before your arrival. Bank transfers and
sterling cheques are accepted.
